BOOKING CONDITIONS
Reservation and Payments
Reservations are secured upon payment of 50% of the total amount by bank transfer and upon receipt of proof of payment by email.
You must pay up the reservation up to 30 days before your arrival. If the reservation is made less than 30 days before your arrival, the payment must be made in full when you book.
Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email.
The refund will be made in total if you cancel within 90 days of the check-in date.
If the cancellation is made within 30-90 days of the check-in date, the refund is 50% of the total amount.
In case of cancellation within less than 30 days or a no-show, there is no right to any refund.
In any case of cancellation of a reservation made through a platform (example: AIRBNB or others), there will be no refund of the service fee usually charged by them.
Security deposit
Upon check-in, you must pay a security deposit of €400 in cash to protect against any damage incurred during the stay. We return the amount if our team finds no damage.
Check-in / Check-out
Unless otherwise agreed, a check-in must be between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm, at the time of arrival agreed in advance. Check-in after 19:00 is subject to a €30 fee, payable directly to the managing body.
Check-out must be from 8:00 am until 11:00 am, as agreed during check-in.
Access to the property by the management entity
The "Casa de Cabanas" lacks different types of interventions, permanently or on a one-off basis, on which the excellent maintenance of infrastructure and equipment depends to guarantee the best conditions of comfort for the guests. The most regular interventions are Gardening, Pool Maintenance and Cleaning.
Occasionally, there may be a need for specific interventions for maintenance, replacements or additions to existing equipment.
The guests will always be informed of the time and date of the external teams' entry.
Restrictions and other information
Access to animals is prohibited.
Parties or events are not allowed.
Excessive noise is not allowed between 23:00 and 8:00.
It is not allowed to eat and drink inside the pool.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
